Pasha A.R.C. is a foster-based rescue. How many of lives we can save depends on the number of rescued animals we can move into foster care. Fosters provide a safe, temporary home for rescue pets waiting for adoption. Fosters also have the option to adopt their foster pet if it’s the right match.
